Services Offered & Provided

Residents participate in group therapy sessions 1–8 times per month, or more frequently as clinically indicated, based on their individualized treatment plan, clinical needs, and treatment goals. Group therapy provides a structured and supportive environment where residents can learn from one another, develop healthy interpersonal skills, practice new coping strategies, and build meaningful connections with peers facing similar challenges.

Groups are facilitated by qualified behavioral health professionals and are designed to promote emotional growth, self-awareness, accountability, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. Residents are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, therapeutic activities, skill-building exercises, and peer feedback while developing healthy relationships within a safe and supportive environment.
