Education plays a critical role in a youth's long-term success and future opportunities. At A Dream Called Hope, we work closely with schools, educational providers, families, guardians, and community partners to help youth remain engaged in their education and achieve their academic goals.

Our team provides support designed to promote school attendance, academic achievement, educational stability, and positive learning experiences while addressing barriers that may impact educational success.

Services May Include:

  • School enrollment and transition support

  • Collaboration with schools, teachers, and educational teams

  • Monitoring attendance and academic progress

  • Assistance with educational planning and goal setting

  • Support with homework and study skills

  • Coordination with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans

  • Advocacy during educational meetings when appropriate

  • Communication with guardians, case managers, and school personnel

  • Encouragement of positive school engagement and participation

  • Assistance identifying educational strengths and areas for growth

  • Support with credit recovery and graduation planning when applicable

  • Development of organizational and time-management skills
